Return Policy

Here at Wilde Arms we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and in the case of not being completely satisfied we implement the following return policy.

Items Not Available for Return:

Due to safety, legal, and or regulatory reasons the following items are not subject to our return policy:

  • Firearms – to include any serialized items such as lower receivers
  • Optics
  • Ammunition

* If a firearm is not picked up from the dealer you requested the item be sent to then you (the customer) are responsible communicating with that dealer about their policies on non-picked up transfers.

** If you receive a firearm or part from our brand of products that is damaged or non-functional, we WILL make every attempt to replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you the customer.

*** If you are denied transfer of your firearms from the receiving dealer (straw purchases, background check denial, etc..) the item(s) can be returned, and you will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

 

Returnable Items:

Initiating the Return Process:

  •  Send an email to sales@wildearms.com with a detailed description of the item, order number, and reson for the return.
  •  A Wilde Arms agent will review your request and contact you either by email or phone to get the case resolved.
  •  You can also give us a call at (832) 340-7966 to speak to a real person during normal business hours.

Getting Refunded:

  •  Once the item is accepted for return a return shipping label will be emailed to you for return of the item at our expense.
  •  Returns are usually credited to your payment method in 3-5 business days. (Depending on your bank or credit card provider this can take longer)

Damaged and or Incorrectly Shipped Items:

  •  If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (except non returnable items) Wilde Arms will send you a return shipping label to send the item back to us.
  •  Upon receipt of the item we will send you an exact replacement for that item at our own expense.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
